Grandeur Luxe Cosmetics – Terms & Conditions
THE VENDOR’S IDENTIFICATION
GRANDEUR LUXE COSMETICS (PTY) LTD. is the vendor.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
The following terms and conditions apply to the offer and sale of items through the GRANDEUR LUXE COSMETICS website (the “Site”). These Terms and Conditions should be read in conjunction with the Site’s general terms and conditions, which can be found at www.grandeurluxe.com/terms-conditions.
Customers must meet the following requirements to purchase products on the Site:
- be at least 18 years old or, if minors, have been duly authorized by their legal representative
- be consumers, defined as natural persons acting for purposes unrelated to their trade, business, craft, or profession; and (c) have a valid credit card.
This contract will be written in English and regulated by South African law, including but not limited to the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (as amended) (“the ECT Act”) and the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (as amended) (“the CPA”).
ORDERING
On the Site, a series of straightforward instructions will assist the consumer through the process of making an order.
To make an order, the buyer must add in the number of goods he or she desires to purchase.
To add the product selected in the specified amount to the shopping cart, the customer must click “Add to cart.” Customers may inspect the goods in their shopping cart at any moment by clicking “Checkout” on any page. ” Customers must register or login in with their account to view their favorites from any computer.
To complete the checkout procedure, the customer must follow the onscreen instructions. Before sending his or her purchase, the client may always fix any errors in the data he or she has provided, modify the contents of his or her shopping cart by adding or deleting one or more goods, or cancel the entire transaction at checkout. By placing an order, the customer recognizes and certifies that he or she has read and completely understands all of the instructions supplied during the checkout process, as well as these Terms and Conditions. By pressing the Submit button at the end of the order procedure, the consumer submits an order request for items via the Site.
After submitting an order, a “Thank You” page will appear, and the buyer will get an email confirming receipt of the item shortly. The email confirming receipt of the order, in accordance with the provisions of the ECT Act, contains a summary of the Terms and Conditions, information on the essential characteristics of the purchased products, a detailed indication of the price and means of payment, information on delivery charges, information on the conditions and methods of exercising the right of withdrawal, the address to which complaints may be addressed, information on support services, and information on the existence of the right of withdrawal.
If an order confirmation does not arrive within 24 hours after submission, the client may contact us for help at orders@grandeurluxe.com
Customers may contact us through email at orders@grandeurluxe.com if they have any queries or concerns regarding placing a purchase, or if they want to inquire about a previously placed order. Customers are encouraged to have their order number handy for faster service.
PRODUCTS
Product information is published on the Site and is in compliance with the ECT Act.
We will use reasonable efforts to ensure that all product details, descriptions, and images appearing on the Site are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered into the system; however, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that said details, descriptions, and images of products are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
The products listed on the Site, as well as any samples we may send to customers, are intended solely for personal use. Any of these products, or samples thereof, may not be sold or resold by customers. We reserve the right to cancel or reduce the number of any products or samples to be delivered to the client, with or without notice, if we believe, in our sole judgment, that this may result in a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
COSTS
All pricing for products accessible on the Site are in South African Rand and include VAT at current rates. Delivery charges are not included in the product price and are listed separately on the order form. Please see the Delivery section of the Site for more details.
We check all of the pricing on the Site on a regular basis, but we cannot guarantee that there are no inaccuracies. If an evident pricing error is discovered, we will provide the buyer with the option of purchasing the goods at the right price or canceling the order.
COUPON CODES
Customers must input their coupon code into the “coupon code” field during the website’s checkout procedure to redeem it. Offer codes are case-sensitive, so type them in precisely as they appear.
When an offer code is approved, it will appear in the “Order Review” section.
Each order is limited to one promotion code.
INQUIRIES ABOUT ORDERING
In most cases, orders are sent within 5 to 7 days of receipt. Customers can contact us by email at orders@grandeurluxe.com if they have any questions about shipment.
When a client goes to the Order Status page, he or she will be asked to check in using their email address and password. An order summary page will give complete information about the customer’s current and previous orders. If a tracking number is available, it will be provided once an order has been dispatched. Customers may check the progress of their order’s delivery with our courier by going to the Order Status tab and choosing “Dispatched.” For up to 24 hours after an order is dispatched, certain carriers may not have tracking information accessible.
Our system may occasionally cancel orders or parts of orders for a variety of reasons. The following are some of the reasons:
- The item(s) you’re looking for isn’t available.
- Processing payment information is impossible.
- We are unable to deliver to the address provided.
- An order was placed twice.
- Cancellation owing to a request from a customer
When an order is canceled, the purchaser will get an email explaining why the order was canceled. Customers will not be charged for orders that are cancelled. CREDIT CARD OPTIONS
Customers can pay for things using their credit cards. Payments may be made using the following credit cards:

Customers can pay for things using supported payment gateways. Payments may be made using the following payment gateways:
- Paypal
- Payfast
Customers will not be charged for any product that is discovered to be temporarily out of stock or sold out in our warehouse at the time of dispatch; you will be notified via email or telephone and advised that the card used to make the purchase has been credited for the out of stock item’s purchase value. Items that were not dispatched as part of your order will always be reimbursed. Please email us at orders@grandeurluxe.com, and we will gladly assist you.
For security reasons, the billing name and address of the client must match the billing name and address of the credit card used for payment. Any order that does not meet these requirements will be canceled.
The credit card issuer conducts validation and authorization checks on all credit card holders. We shall not be accountable for any delay or non-delivery if the issuer of the customer’s payment card refuses or does not approve payment to us for any reason, whether in advance or after a payment.
DELIVERIES
Only working days are used to process and deliver orders (Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays). On Saturdays and Sundays, orders will be processed the next working day.
Orders sent to a P.O. Box will not be processed.
The client is responsible for shipping costs, which are listed individually on the order form and in the delivery note. For purchases exceeding the amount we may display on the Site, there are no shipping charges.
In accordance with the ECT Act and the CPA, the items must be supplied within 30 (thirty) days of the customer placing the purchase, unless we tell the customer, including by email, within the same time period, that the ordered products are unavailable, including temporarily unavailable.
CANCELLING ORDERS
We are dedicated to providing the highest-quality cosmetics to our consumers. If the client believes the items he or she obtained from us do not match this expectation, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract after 7 days of receiving the products, without giving any explanation, under the “cooling-off” provisions of the ECT Act.
Customers can notify us of their decision to exercise their right to cancel by sending us an email with their order information, including their order number and a description of the items being returned. The customer will discover a shipment note with order data as well as information on our returns process within the order packing. If the goods indicated on the dispatch notice do not match those in your delivery, please email us at orders@grandeurluxe.com and let us know right away.
If a client returns items for reasons other than product defects or incomplete or inaccurate delivery, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the direct expenses of returning the products to us.
If the customer exercises his or her right of cancellation, we agree to refund the full price of the products to the customer within thirty (30) days of receipt of the cancellation, provided that the products are returned unused and undamaged, and that they have been kept and used with all reasonable care and attention. Refunds will only be issued to the credit card used at the time of purchase. Once the refund has been made, we will send the consumer an email message.
It is strongly advised that the package be sent by documented delivery (one that requires a signature upon receipt). We are not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.
PRODUCTS WITH FAILURES OR DEFECTS
The legal assurances provided by the CPA will apply in the event of faulty or damaged items under the CPA. The consumer has the right to return the items within 6 (six) months after purchase if the products have been used for their intended purpose and cared for in accordance with any instructions that came with the products. In some cases, we may request that the returned items be assessed. We will either repair or replace the products, or we will issue a refund in the same manner that you paid for them. We shall refuse to accept the return of any item if we determine that you have not followed the use and care instructions.
JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
South African law governs these Terms and Conditions, and they must be read accordingly.
Any disputes arising out of the interpretation, validity, and/or execution of these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in the customer’s place of residence or domicile, as well as the National Consumer Commission and/or the National Consumer Tribunal, as applicable. The Information Regulator, formed under the Protection of Personal Information Act No. 4 of 2013, may have authority over complaints or concerns concerning the protection of personal information.
