SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
Enjoy the convenience of having one of our courier partners bring your order right to your door.
Orders anywhere in South Africa, carry our maximum standard delivery fee of R120.00 but all shipping costs will be calculated at checkout if cheaper rates are available.
Orders over R1000.00 will automatically qualify for ‘Free Shipping’ at checkout.
Standard delivery occurs during business hours, and the shopper has no control over the precise date or time of delivery.
Deliveries are planned for and take place Monday through Friday, 08h00 to 17h00.
Standard deliveries are not available after hours, on weekends, or on holidays. Please keep this in mind when deciding where you want your package delivered.
Your parcel will be sent to the address you indicated during the checkout process if you choose standard delivery.

TIMEFRAMES FOR DELIVERY
Standard delivery dates vary based on your delivery address, postal code, and local courier provider.
Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days from the time your item is ordered and paid.
Please note that during seasons of high demand, such as seasonal sales or Black Friday, Grandeur Luxe Cosmetics maintains the right to lengthen delivery times.
After that, delivery might take anywhere from 3 to 10 days.

As soon as your order is finalized, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number.
If you discover that product(s) is/are missing after receiving your shipment and Grandeur Luxe Cosmetics has not notified you through email, please contact Grandeur Luxe Cosmetics as soon as possible by email info@grandeurluxecosmetics.com to alert us so that we may fix the matter as soon as possible. If you’re emailing Grandeur Luxe Cosmetics about missing product(s), please include your order number and the term “missing product(s)” in the subject line.
